Greitas lavašo užkandis

Paruošti greitą ir sotų užkandį būriui draugų, su kurias stebėsite sporto varžybas, mėgaudamiesi šaltais gėrimais, nėra sunku. O ir produktų sąrašas nebus begalinis! 😊

Mums prireiks:

  • Saulėgrąžų aliejaus kepimui
  • Maltos mėsos (kiauliena + jautiena) 250 g
  • Pusės svogūno
  • Armėniško lavašo (tokio, kuris išvyniotas tampa dideliu lakštu, o ne apskritimu)
  • Drukos ½ a.š.
  • Pipirų ½ a.š.
  • Aitriųjų paprikų miltelių 1 a.š.
  • Jelapeno konservuotos paprikos (pasirinktinai)

Gaminimas:

Lavašo lakštą supjaustykite pailgomis juostelėmis, kad jas perlenkus gautųsi kvadratas. Svogūną smulkiai supjaustykite arba sutarkuokite.

Linksmoji dalis – berkite į mėsą prieskonius, svogūną ir viską gerai išmaišykite. Ant vienos lavašo juostelės pusės plonai paskirstykite mėsą, o kita puse – tvirtai užspauskite. Atvipę ar pilnai neužspausti kraštai tikrai nebus klaida, nes kepami aliejuje jie taps traškūs 😊 Kol ruošiame lavašo juosteles kepimui, nepamirštame įkaitinti aliejaus. Tam, kad įsitikintume, jog jis gerai įkaitęs, įdedame „bandomąjį“ lavašo kvadratą – jei netrukus ima kepti – vadinasi viskas paruošta ir galima kepti. Plonai paskirstytai mėsai turėtų užtekti 3 – 4 min.

P.S. Iškepus užkandį nepamirškite jo nusausinti su vienkartiniu rankšluosčiu ar tualetiniu popieriumi, kad pašalintumėte aliejaus, kuriame kepėte užkandį, perteklių.
